Certified yoga instructor. Mom of (almost) four. And creator of Hot Mess in Half Pigeon, where we trade perfection for consistency… and still get results.
I’ve been practicing yoga since 2005 (yes, it all started in middle school). I got certified to teach in Pensacola, Florida in 2014 and I’ve spent a decade using yoga to feel stronger, calmer, and more confident.
