Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga Bundle

Move. Breathe. Prepare. Recover.

A trimester-by-trimester guide to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more supported: from early pregnancy to weeks after birth.

As Seen On

✨ You’re growing a human

You deserve support that grows with you.

Whether you’re newly pregnant or deep in the third trimester…

you’ve probably wondered:

  • “How can I move my body safely right now?”
  • “What’s actually helpful for labor prep?”
  • “Why does no one talk about the little stuff — like swelling, brain fog, or postpartum care?”

I’m due with my 4th in Winter 2025 & I’m excited to walk through this season with you! 🫶

Pssst. That’s one of my pro-pregnancy tips: if you want to stay sane, NEVER share your exact due date. I have never been heavily pregnant & thrilled when people ask if I’m “still pregnant”.

I’ve also never even made it to a due date! I can’t imagine going over by a week or two! (which is totally normal)

5-Pose Guide to a Stronger, Calmer Pregnancy

✨ FREE ✨ 5-pose guide. A mix of strength, support, and calm to help you feel a little more at home in your body each day. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a regular on the mat, these poses are for you.

Thank you for walking alongside me during my own prenatal journey. I look forward to breathing through this wild and beautiful season together.

Tips you won’t hear in most yoga classes — like:

bathroom prep with a newborn

The Last 4 Weeks

You can hold older babies using your non-dominant hand, but the first few weeks with a newborn you’ll use your dominant hand to keep baby secure.

Train to get dressed with a newborn:

Hold your belly and pull your pants on with your NON-dominant hand during your final weeks of pregnancy.

labor pain prep

Practice with Ice 🧊

Hold an ice cube in your hand for 60–90 seconds — the length of a typical contraction.
While holding it, practice box breathing or whatever coping tools you plan to use during labor.

The cold intensity simulates the discomfort you’ll face — giving you a safe way to build focus, breath control, and confidence.

Small stress now = bigger strength later. 💪
